Wednesday! At least I think it's Wednesday. It's been such a long week that I don't even know what day it is. And I still haven't made it to the grocery store. So breakfast today will be a chicken pot pie. Because why not?

I left my security badge at home. So that means if I need to go to the bathroom today, I have to find an adult to ask permission. Totally my fault. I really, really  need to clean out my purse. I also need to go to the grocery store. For breakfast and lunch today, I'm having a peanut butter sandwich and an orange. Because that's what I have for food. Again, totally my fault. I should have to go take a nap and think about my actions. For like a week.

Monday. I had a fantastic weekend,  but it was way too short. Saturday was M's birthday, and we started the day with breakfast at Denny's. And then had a nice, relaxing day. Sunday was the Pride parade. More on that later. Last night was dinner at Portillo's and then some games at Dave & Busters. I've never been to either place, so yay for new experiences. Portillo's was very good, but rather spendy. I had the Italian Beef sandwich with mozzarella, and had it dipped. So it was soggy. I don't think I like the sogginess. I'm skipping the dipping next time.

Okay, so the parade.....As per usual, the parade was fantastic. Once it started. It was delayed for over an hour by a BLM protest. And then stopped for 45 minutes by a second protest. Now, I am 100% behind the Black Lives Matter cause. I support it and I agree with it. I'm not even going to get into systemic racism and white privilege. Both are most definitely real and harmful. I just really don't think that interrupting the celebration of another highly persecuted group is within the spirit of BLM. Both groups face discrimination at levels I will never fully be able to comprehend. And I totally and absolutely believe that there was a place at Pride for BLM. But I don't think delaying and interrupting the parade supports your cause. I would have sent a marcher with a sign along the route with each float. Or between each float. Things need to change, and we need to talk about it. But not at the expense of another group of humans facing discrimination.

FRIDAY!!! YAY!! I am so excited the end of the week is near! I woke up with a horrible pain in my neck. I think I need a nap. At least I'm having a good hair day. M's birthday is tomorrow, so dinner out. And then the Pride parade on Sunday. The parade is so much fun!

Last night we found a Chinese place that delivers to us, so I got the Chicken Chow Mein that I have been thinking about for like the last 111 years. The food was decent and reasonably priced, so I think they will be getting future orders from me. Any place that has online ordering and delivery is the best. I hate calling and talking to people.

Thursday....We stopped into a local Eagles club and were thinking of joining. As I was filling out the application, I read what I was agreeing to. The form said that I had to certify that I professed to be of good moral character. And then I looked down and realized that I was filling out the application with the pen I stole earlier from the doctors office. And that ended my membership in the Fraternal order of Eagles.

It's Wednesday. I've been working from home for the past several days. Friday because it was Friday. Monday because I had a half day of PTO so I could meet ZarahZou for a pedi. Yesterday because I had my annual physical in the morning. I've noticed that I actually work longer when I'm working from home. I used to be afraid that there would be too many distractions, but I started working in my bedroom so there's no tv and the kitchen is several rooms away. This seems to work well for me.

My pedi was fantastic. Below is a picture. I opted for flowers on my big toes, because why not?? And of course I screwed up one of the flowers before I even left the nail salon. Also pictured are the shoes I was so excited to get on sale. I paid way more for them than anyone should pay for a pair of basic brown flats. But I was excited because they were brown (a color I needed in my shoe wardrobe) and that they were Coach. But, I have to say that they are the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I own. I'm rather disappointed. It may be because I have been wearing insoles or shoes with extra support, but these are completely flat. I'll wear them because they match, but I'm going to need several pedi's to undo the damage.

My physical was routine and uneventful, which is exactly what you'd hope for at a doctors appointment. I'm still obese with acne, so that hasn't changed. I am so thankful that I have a wonderful doctor. I've been seeing her for almost 25 years. I don't know what I'd do if she left. I could never get another doctor all caught up. Plus, she's very nice. Direct and honest, but nice about it. I'm very lucky to have a doctor I like and trust.

Last night I did a taste test and made $45 in an hour and 15 minutes. I can't really talk about what it was about, but I can say that I enjoy doing taste tests and getting paid for it! It's so fun to try new or revised products, and I have tons of opinions on everything. And yesterday I remembered to bring my Sudoku book, so I had something to do in the down time.

I started reading a book called My Flawless One. It's memoir, and it is so well written and fascinating. I love a book I can't put down. So many books I could just stop reading and never really care what happens in the end. This is not one of them. I want to finish it, but I don't want it to end. I never imagined a memoir could be so entertaining and captivating. It's tragic and funny and heartfelt. I also never imagined I would use the word heartfelt to describe a piece of literature. But this book is moving me in ways I didn't think were possible. Thank you, Ms. Author of the Book.

Today's Lula is a Perfect and a Lindsay. I have 3 back to back meetings, and needed to somewhat dress upish. I was originally wearing a Cassie, but I ditched it for black pants.

Wednesday! I have a taste test tonight, I can't believe I can get paid to eat food. Or, in this case, drink stuff. It doesn't pay a whole lot, but it's extra money for Lula and pedi's.

I'm mad at Bingo Blitz again. Because being mad at a Facebook game is completely rational and productive. But I never claimed maturity or logic. All I want is to win the item I need to pass a level. And the game won't show me the item, so I have zero chance of winning it. And I don't have enough credits to play another round. And credits are insanely expensive. 1 round would me like $10. Which is way too much for a pretend game with pretend prizes. If I could play 10 rounds for $10, I'd probably do it because I enjoy playing. And don't even get me started on the Bingo Blitz slot rooms. Uh! So, if you are reading this Playtika or whoever owns the game now: lower the prices!! I've played regularly since 2011 and the game is making me cranky and sad. So, fix it!

Okay, I'm done whining about a ridiculous Facebook game.

It's Tuesday. But it feels like Monday. I am very tired and I hope today goes by fast. I have extra coffee and a Mountain Dew Kick Start, so here's to hoping the caffeine will get me through the day. Also, allergies are kicking my a$$. I can't wait for the snow! And I'm only slightly kidding.

It's Monday. We tried to do a double feature at the drive in on Saturday night, but we didn't even make it to the end of the second movie. It was just way too late and I am just way too old. On the plus side, the drive in had $1 hot dogs and super yummy nachos. And the cost for 3 movies is less than one at the regular theater so we weren't out too much money.

It's not even 8 am and I am already ready for a nap. Staying up late Saturday screwed up my whole sleep schedule. And the older I get, the harder it is to readjust.

It's Friday. My allergies are absolutely horrible today. I wanted to stay in bed, but I have some work that needs to get done. And once all the meds kick in, I'll probably (hopefully) feel fine.

I hate the dentist, and it's expensive. And they took all my money.

Nothing on the agenda for the weekend. We are discussing going to the drive-in, which I love, but it also gets to be a very late night. So that's still up in the air.

So far today I've spent 2 hours waiting for the bonus to trigger in Pop!Slots. I'm getting cranky at the game, because it is so logical to get mad at a game on my phone. Also, I have the busiest next couple of weeks I've ever had. Tomorrow I am lucky enough to have not one, but 2, dentist appointments. I have my cleaning at 7 am and then following that at 8 am I am having the temporary filling in my root canal filled. Finally. I've been putting it off. Because I don't really like going to the dentist.

I have a taste scheduled for next week, and my annual physical. I have a pedi with ZarahZou. The Pride parade. Dinner with D2. All before the end of the month. That is a lot of stuff for me to have on my calendar. Usually it's empty. But at least some of these are fun things.

The bonus still has not triggered. I'm cursing them.

Tuesday. The Dice game I play did a major revamp and I really do not like it. It used to be super simple graphics and easy to navigate. Now I can't even ind my current games without accidentally starting 10 more games with random people. If it isn't broke, don't fix it!! I don't want to play MORE games, I want to play the games I'm currently playing.

I am in super duper love with this product: Look DeVine Cabenet Lip Shimmer  I'm not sure if I got it in an Ipsy or if it was a gift, but it is like the greatest lip thingy ever. It tastes good and adds a very subtle hint of color. I like it as much as the Norwex lip shimmers, but this one tastes like wine.

Another Monday....I had a pretty good weekend, I finished Covert Affairs and watched a million movies. I also went to the movie theater and saw Deadpool 2. It was super good. I haven't been to a movie theater in forever. It was nice to get out, but I really do prefer watching  movies at home so I can pause them.

I got a lot of laundry done, and managed to go out to dinner twice. The first time was to Crave. Super duper yummy! And then to the Chinese buffet, which is always good. I also worked for several hours Saturday morning. First doing some system testing and then  typing up some commission checks. Today I need to finish up the checks. I do around 130 each month, and it is very time consuming!

In my latest ProActiv shipment, I got a anti-acne body spray. I sprayed it on my neck and chest and broke out in a rash. Apparently it is evil!
