Yesterday was the most emotionally exhaustive day I've had in a long time. The horrible tragedy in Las Vegas and then Tom Petty....My heart hurts and my brain is tired.

Monday......My weekend was okay. I managed to get the grocery shopping done. Then I watched a terrible football game. So terrible that I do not wish to discuss it.
I have a 262 day snapchat streak going with The Princess. It's just one little way we can remain connected despite the distance.
I started season 7 of The Walking Dead last week. I hope there never really is a Zombie Apocalypse because there are just way too many stupid people in the world. I fear that people will underestimate my abilities and not look to me as a leader. But I have a plan. And we will prevail. So, if I have asked you to be on my team, please trust that I know what I'm doing and I have a plan in place. I know where our home base will be and I've got supplies all figured out.
Okay, enough about zombies. I have a ton of work to get done.

It's Friday!!! I tried to stay up last night and watch the Packers/Bears game, but I was so tired. And seeing Green Bay score so much makes my stomach hurt.

It's Thursday! The last day before month end, so I have a billion things to get done. I've spent about 72 hours the last 2 days in training, so I need to get all caught up. I'm looking forward to a weekend with NO laptop! Although there are definitely things I should get done. I want to (need to) learn more about accounting. Especially accounting in our new system.

Wednesday....another day of training on the new system. We go live with it on October 30th. Originally our "go live" date was Oct 2nd, but we had to change it because of some problems with our test sample. But now we should be all set. I have a lot to learn with all the new changes to accounting.
I think it's probably time to switch to my Vikings handbag. That is on the agenda for this weekend! SKOL!

Anything leggings material is awesome, and this is not only super cute, it's also super soft and comfy! I also pulled out the boots. I think it's time to acknowledge that it's getting a bit cooler. And that means boots!!!
Tuesday! Today I have training on our new system. This means even more work to be done at home to get all the commissions entered before the end of the month. I could really use a nap. And it's only 7 am. It's going to be a long day!
Last night I watched a bit of a Lula show with Halloween leggings. And I did not buy a single pair! I really don't need them and probably won't even wear them. I overdid it with the Americana Collection and have a bajillion pairs. No more special collections!!

Monday....I had a pretty good weekend. Valley Fair on Saturday and Sunday I got up at 5:30 to get some work done before the Vikings game. I got a ton of commissions done, and I even watched the entire Manhunt:Unabomber series. It was really, really good.
Then the Vikings game. I didn't expect we would win, but we did!! It was a great game to watch! Following the game I took a much needed nap.

Saturday nights Lula was a pair of leggings and a VERY oversized Irma. I got it on sale and it matches so much. But it is at least 5 sizes too big. It makes perfect pajamas.
Friday after work I went home and put on a pair of solid coral Lula Leggings with one of my favorite Irma's. It's purple and pink and coral and is super fun!
Tomorrow is Friday! It's been such a long week, I've been so busy with work and the bake sale. I feel like I work and work but never get anything done. I'll be in the middle of something and then my phone will ring and I'll get sidetracked, and.....I can't wait until the time when I no longer have to look up accounting procedures.
I just ate a scotcheroo bar for breakfast. Because why not?
I'm looking forward to a boring weekend. Laundry. That's it.

Wednesday! The bake sale was a huge success, we made our goal and I got to eat the most amazing Rice Krispie bar. Of course, I was the one who made that particular bar. LOL I also pretty much swept the raffles. I won all but one of the items I put tickets into. I was having a pretty lucky day! And now I have a bottle of wine for sometime soon.
Today's Lula- a solid mauve colored Cassie and floral Perfect. Cassies are my ultimate favorite LulaRoe piece, and Perfect's are my favorite top. I'm wearing a skirt, but still I'm super comfortable.
Last night to bed I wore a pair of ice cream sundae leggings pulled up to capri length and a top from Target. This is a super fun Lula-print. Who doesn't want to wear ice cream??
Tuesday! And also Bake Sale Day! I spent all night making Rice Krispie Bars and Scotcheroo bars (which turned out phenomenal). Other than that, I've got nothing today. Work to do and brownies to eat!
Todays Lula- A moss green Lindsay, a burnt orange Classic and super-coordinating leggings! This outfit matches superbly. Only problem with it is that I had to size up to wear the Classic with leggings,. and it's too big yet still a bit too short for spandex. But I have the most awesomest, perfectest shoes!!!
Another Monday.....it's so hard to come back to work after a really good weekend. I got the best Pedi ever on Saturday. It was a bit of a drive, but they did a wonderful job! Plus, it was mango scented! Then I had a Pumpkin Spice Chai from Starbucks. Yum! Then off to Lizzy's for a while. And then home to back 72 trillion dozen brownies for the United Way bake sale. While they baked, I got through a couple commission statements and even watched a training video on our new system. Then a movie and a couple episodes of The Client List.
I got up super early on Sunday to continue baking. I burned about 2 dozen cookies. I hate baking cookies. Then I baked a few dozen that turned out. And then some more brownies. Tonight it's Rice Krispie Bars and Scotcheroo bars. Yum!
My favorite 9 year old got to go with to our Pedi, and she picked out all of polish colors. She did a great job! She chose me a really pinky-pink color. I love it!

It's Friday!! I am so ready for pedi-day tomorrow with ZarahZou. I need a pedicure! The rest of my weekend will be taken up with baking for the bake sale next week. I have 12 million pans of things to bake. I also want to fit in Valley Fair. And, of course, football. And laundry. The list is never-ending. But at least the weekend will start with a pedi.
Today's Lula is a floral Irma with striped sleeves. I love flowers and stripes together, so when I saw this one at a local pop-up, I had to have it. I'm wearing it with jeans (since it's Friday). There jeans have a super cute embroidery on the bottom. Also, I got a new pair of shoes. They are Crocs, but soooo super comfortable!
So I have a stupid cavity. It's small but still needs to be fixed. I brush at least twice a day, I floss regularly, I don't drink ANY sugary soda....why do I still have such sucky teeth?
I have a taste test today, but I can't remember what it's for. I hope it's something good! And $40!

Wednesday! I totally and completely forgot that it is United Way Week and I can wear jeans. Oh, well. Leggings are so much more comfortable! Last night was the first night in forever that I didn't bring home my laptop and work at night. It was so wonderful! I feel like I'm getting a bit burned out trying to get everything done. I need a very long nap!
Dentist tonight, just my 6 month check-up. Fingers crossed for no cavities!

Tuesday!! The Vikings won last night! SKOL!! I was pleasantly pleased with both the offense and the defense, I really thought we'd blow it because it was MNF and historically we don't play our best on Monday nights. And Moss was there! He's one of my all-time favorites.
I need to remember to call and make pedi appointments for me and ZarahZou for the 16th. A pedicure is long overdue! And I could use some Zarah time. I miss her!

Today's outfit is a purple background Cassie with a cream colored Perfect and a solid black Lindsay. The Lindsay was a huge score! Cassies are my ultimate favorite Lula item. I was scared to try them because they are advertised as "pencil skirts". And since I'm 5'3 and um, pleasantly plump, a pencil skirt is a huge fashion no-no. But one of my favorite sellers was doing a buy one get one, so I decided to try them out. And I fell in love. I have amassed quite a collection of amazing Cassies, including a black with red polka dots and a solid black. I can not wait for cooler weather to wear a Cassie with boots!!!
Another Monday.....my weekend was okayish. I didn't get nearly as much work done as I was hoping. I woke up super early Saturday morning to start processing commissions. But then I got an error running the reconciliation and I wasn't able to get any work done for the rest of the weekend. I was banking on this past weekend to get several statements processed so I could finally get close to being almost nearly within striking distance of being caught up. Didn't happen.....
On Saturday we had a neighbor over for dinner and we decided to play Uno. I volunteered to get the game down from the closet. I grabbed the step stool, opened it and then set it down on one of my poor little toes. It is now black and blue and purple and yellow and red and most likely broken. Fortunately I'm able to ignore the pain because I've had injuries that hurt way worse than this one.
Vikings game tonight! I had a dream that an old friend had an extra ticket, but would rather the ticket go unused than to bring me. Jerk! LOL

It's Friday!! For being a short week, it's been a long week! Maybe because I am so busy with work. I know once I get this all down it will be fine, but I have so many procedures to figure out. And we are in the middle of a transition to a new system. That is taking up a lot of time, all the meetings, and training, and testing....

It's Thursday!! I love short weeks. I have been so insanely busy at work. I'm trying to figure out how to balance the whole accounting role with my current role. Pretty much 2 full time jobs. The only answer I've come up with so far is to work at night and on weekends. I think it'll slow down once I get a good grasp on all the procedures, but as for now I have to look up how to do a lot of the tasks.
Yesterday I scored my third pair of solid black leggings. These ones I'm sending to the Princess in Cali. Obviously LulaRoe has released a ton of solid black because they are everywhere! I couldn't buy a pair for under $100 3 months and now I've gotten 2 pairs in the last 2 weeks.
Last nights Lula-Pajamas- a yellow and gray Randy with cake leggings. Because cake leggings are just about the greatest thing outside of cake!
And today's outfit is a leggings material Carly and a Lindsay. Leggings material Carly's are pretty much the greatest dress ever! They are as soft and comfy as leggings, but are just dressier. This one was a major score!
Oh, blog, how I have missed you. With so much going on in my life, you've been pushed to the back burner. But no longer. I need something superficial and fun. So I thought I would revamp and restyle and get back to it.
My latest love is Lularoe. I think I officially past "addict" quote some time ago. I am head over heels in love. I will never wear "regular" clothing again. Note - I am not a representative and I do not sell Lula. Nor will I ever. I would make a TERRIBLE sales person. Generally speaking, I hate talking to people. FRIDAY!! And next week I get the underground heated parking spot! I am so ready for a couple days off, although we do have a rehearsal tomorrow. Hopefully it will be over with fast. I'm super tired.
My phone deleted a bunch of apps. Because it's dumb and has a mind of its own. So now I need to figure out what was deleted and reinstall them. I'm just waiting to Bingo Blitz to download right now. That's the most important one!
Tomorrow is Friday! It's been a long week, probably mostly due to how much time I've spent in my car commuting. I'd estimate it to be around 1,118 hours. Give or take. I've also been busy with the play. I'm currently working on putting together the program. I have a cute idea involving monkeys and trees so we'll see if I can pull it all together. Back up plan is a generic looking program with no originality. Both work, so we'll see.
Rehearsal tonight, tomorrow night and Saturday morning. Early. I think I need to be at ZarahZou's around 7-ish. I think there is going to be a lot of coffee involved in Saturday morning!
Wednesday!! I'm ready for the week to be over. But we also have rehearsal on Saturday. So I guess I'll schedule 17 minutes to sleep sometime around 2 am Sunday. Even though I'm tired, I'm having a lot of fun. The show is going to be pretty good. The kids are all working hard. I'm just tired of how much time I'm spending in my car. Traffic has been terrible because of the roads and weather. Hopefully it will warm up and quit snowing and we can get a reprieve from 2 hour long commutes!
Tuesday.....The roads are horrible today. And I so wish that the people in the big huge trucks that want to drive 117 miles per hour would realize that I am in a little, tiny Saturn Ion. I can't drive that fast, and I prefer driving safely. And that is how I shall drive.
Rehearsal was cancelled last night. I hope that doesn't mean we have to stay later to make up for it. Things are moving along so well, and we are getting done earlier than I expected. I'd like that trend to continue.
Another Monday. Somehow they managed to get to up to 182 degrees in here. I think I may be literally melting! Good thing I wore a long sleeve shirt with a sweater over it or else I'd be chilly.
I used my Amazon gift card on a multitude of items, including lots and lots of pretty socks. And a tortilla press. Because everyone needs a tortilla press.
I changed my nail color to the very awesome Madam President. I am totally in love with OPI's mini Breakfast at Tiffany's collection. The colors are amazing. I was wearing CIA, which is a dark slate blue color. Madam President is a hot pinky-red color. Love! Love! Love!
I had a fantastic weekend of doing nothing. I love those kinds of weekends! Next Saturday we have rehearsal, so the day won't be quite so uneventful. I'll have to get dressed.
FRIDAY!! Yay! But I'm freezing and tired and my tooth insanely hurts. Prior to my dentist appointment yesterday, I had zero pain. After the drilling and poking and prodding and scalpeling, the pain is at a 7.9. For real. I'm trying not to whine, but.....
Rehearsal tonight. The show is going well so far, and I think it's going to be good. Especially with the talented stage manager.
At least it's the day before Friday, right?!?! I was up way too late last night. And I have rehearsal tonight so I won't get home until 10:30-ish. I really need a nap. Maybe ZarahZou will let me sleep ont he way to Watertown.
I have a meeting from 10-noon and then I have a dentist appointment at 12:20 to get a temporary crown. Then the grocery store. Then maybe I can squeeze in a quick nap before I have to drive to Excelsior to meet ZZ.
Today I am very thankful for my mittens. And I'm not so thankful for my fashion boots. They are very cute but they do nothing to keep out the cold. My toes are frozen.
It's Wednesday! I fell asleep on the couch last night watching a stupid movie that I can't even remember the name of. M woke me up because my snoring was apparently obnoxious.
The dentist said I need a crown on my broken tooth. And so that will only set me back $82,000,000. Good thing I have insurance or who knows how much it would cost! I love paying for dental work!
I'm still playing Bingo Blitz, but I cancelled my elite membership. I must say that I don't really miss it. It was kind of a waste of money. They really should reevaluate the benefits!!
Back to work....I had a very, very good 3 day weekend. New Years Eve was fantastic, and I'm ready for 2017 to be better.
Our first rehearsal was last night, the read through went pretty well. And it went fast so I got home early.
Tonight I have to go to the dentist. One of my fillings broke last week and they can finally get me in this afternoon. My fingers are crossed for a quick repair. I'm hoping they can just refill it. I really can't afford a crown right now.
That's all I've got today. I'm tired and ready for a short week!
It's Friday!!! And I kind of look like bloody hell. I had a very long night. But we write our own stories, so it's all on me. It just sometimes seems like every time I start to move forward, something pulls me back. I know life's not fair, but I wish that sometime I would get a huge break. I'm trying not to wallow in self-pity, but DAMN! I have been through a lot. And I'm still waiting for the proverbial tide to turn.
In other news, rehearsals start on Monday. I think we're ready. It's going to be a lot of work, but it should also be a lot of fun!
It's Thursday. I had to get up early this morning to get some copies of The Jungle Book script printed. I'm super excited for rehearsals to start. But I'm also exhausted in advance. I want to see ZarahZou's vision of the story, and I'm excited to work with a bunch of new little actors. Some of our kids have never been on stage before. It's going to be so much fun. But, it's also a lot of work. We don't know if they will be hit with a sudden case of stage fright, or if they will be hyper and need a constant babysitter. So many unknowns. But I guess that's what makes being a stage manager fun!
I'm still religiously playing MyVegas slots. I really hope i get the opportunity to actually go to Vegas this spring to take advantage of all of my reward points.
It's a Wednesday that feels like a Monday. 5 days off was great, but it is so hard to come back to work. I could have used a few more days to sleep.
This was one of the best Christmas's I've had in a very long time. It was a wonderfully relaxing day. And a couple people gave me the best presents that show they really know me! D2 got me a bunch of wonderful Vikings themed items: a soft, fuzzy blanket, a bracelet, socks, a coffee mug....things I absolutely love! M got me things that he noticed I need: slippers, slipper socks, gloves, a travel coffee cup. Very super thoughtful stuff and I love it all. In addition to that, there was a rather large gift card to my most favorite place - Amazon.com. It's so wonderful when someone knows you so well!!
I have 12 billion work things to get done today. Taking a day off is so hard, the work just backs up. Court yesterday was interesting. But I'm not going to say too much about it in case a certain someone is googling me. If she is, please know that I just want the best for the kids and they are what is most important!
Thursday/Friday.....I have so much to get done today. I haven't even started on D2's card, and I need to get it done today. I think it will either be terrible or one of my greatest creations ever!
I finished a bunch of my Christmas shopping yesterday. It was so fun to shop for M's baby niece and nephew. There are so many adorable little girl clothes!! I'm so excited for everyone to open their presents!!
I broke a nail this morning, of course. Hopefully I can fix it tonight. It's almost tempting to go back to acrylics, my real nails break so often!
I think it's Wednesday today. Not sure because the week is dragging. Maybe because I have a 5 day weekend coming up. A very busy 5 day weekend. I have 12 zillion places to be for Christmas, not sure how I'm going to get it all done.
I hate to admit this, but there is something wrong with my car. Again. I love my car and I don't want a new one. Hopefully my mechanic will take my concerns seriously and fix it. I want this car to last forever, it's irreplaceable. Literally. Because Saturns are no longer being manufactured. And there is nothing similar. So, fingers crossed it's a cheap fix.
So Bingo Blitz is "giving" out Christmas "gifts". Today it's 3 hours of daub alert, which means that the bingo numbers that are blink so you don't miss them. This is the dumbest gift ever because who even has enough credits to play for 3 hours? I can play my daily credits in under 10 minutes. Why am I still playing this game? And why did I write a paragraph about it?
Tuesday! And it's warming up! It was 30 degrees this morning. That means no mittens! I switched to gloves. I bought myself new ones as an early Christmas present. I've decided that regardless of how they are playing, they are my team and I will support them. I wouldn't want my fans to abandon me just because I've given up on doing the thing I get paid millions of dollars to do. Yes, I have a bit of bitterness towards them. But I'm still representing!
Another Monday.....I have 12,000 emails and 77 voice mails to handle because I left early on Friday. It may be a slight exaggeration on the voice mails, but I really do have that many emails. I placed an order with Amazon Prime Pantry and they sent me a separate shipping confirmation for each item. Was that really necessary?
And the Vikings.....yeah. I have nothing to say about yesterdays game.
It's a 4 day week followed by a 5 day weekend. I'm so ready for it!
Thursday! Yay! Tomorrow is Friday! When I got to work, I got halfway to the building before I realized I forgot my coffee. So I had to go back because today is a multiple cup of coffee day!
It's time again to decide if the bangs stay or if I cut them. I don't know why I keep coming to this dilemma because we all know they are going to stay. My forehead looks better covered by bangs!
I guess it's really winter because I pulled out my mittens. Thank you again ZarahZou for the best mittens ever!
Wednesday! I'm very tired, I think I'll sleep for 118 hours tonight. with my co-worker Cindy out of the office for 6-8 weeks, I am handling all of her work and I'm quite busy! But busy is good!
Auditions last night went great, but ZarahZou has some work to do because some fantastic actors showed up. I'm glad I don't have to make any casting decisions, I just get to call the people and offer them their parts.
My current addition is snapchat. And my only snapchat friend is The Princess. So I send her lots and lots of snaps. I've never taken so many selfies.
I had a fantastic hair day on Monday and I have not been able to duplicate it. I wonder what I did? Also, I have not colored my hair in nearly 3 months. And I don't think I have any gray!
Tuesday!! I am so tired. Last night was the first night of auditions. At this point, the stage manager is just there to check people in and take notes. And, of course, introduce Mar-Mar to snapchat. We had fun taking pictures. Zarah-Zou has fantastic kids. I didn't get to sleep until about 11. I got home around 9:30, but I had so much to do. I always need to pick out my clothes for the next morning and make sure I am all set to go, otherwise I will not have enough time to get ready. I'm very high maintenance.
I'm not really on the top of the world today (I'm tired!), but I'm hoping uplifting music and extra coffee will get me there!
And just like that, I'm back to blogging! I needed a little break, I've been super busy at work, at home and in my head. Now that things have calmed down a bit, I can get back to me stuff, like my blog. Tonight are the auditions for The Jungle Book. I'm not auditioning because I'm stage managering. The ZennieZou/ZarahZou double threat is back for the first time in 3 years. She is directing and I'm the stage manager. The job is pretty much being bossy and organized. I'm not very good at the organized part, but I'm pretty good at telling people what to do!
I'm very fortunate to be able to go to both the Guns & Roses concert and Bon Jovi! 2 more concerts I will be experiencing for the first time. I'm really been crossing bands off the list the past 2 years.
So, the Vikings....Yes, they won yesterday. And I know a W is a W. But they have seriously got to get some things figured out QUICKLY! 3 months ago I was excited about the prospect of possibly playing in February. But now even making the playoffs are a long shot. At least we have a new kicker-guy, so there's that.
Monday....in case anyone is interested, I left my car unlocked and you are free to steal the bag with my AP jersey in it. Thanks in advance. I don't want to talk about the Vikings today. Or tomorrow. Maybe in a week.
I have a lengthy to-do list for today that includes FINALLY making an appointment to get my windshield fixed. And then I need to watch a youtube video on how to change the blinker light. I'[m sure I can probably, maybe do it by myself. Possibly. But I will watch a video to see.
That's it. It's Monday. I don't really like Mondays.
The work week is nearly half over. Last night I cleaned my upstairs bathroom. I am never going to understand how the bathtub gets so dirty. It should be the cleanest place in the house. With all that hot, soapy water, how can it not clean itself??
I'm also amazed at how surprised I am that the coffee cup I got from the dollar store leaks. I mean, I paid $1 for it. I should pretty much expect leaks.
Another Tuesday. I'm trying not to be cranky, but last night I watched a horror movie called Monday Night Football. I don't know what happened to the team in the last couple of weeks, but all of a sudden they can't throw, catch, run or tackle. They only ran 2 plays last night: run it up the middle and throw it away. To be clear, I'm okay with losing. I know we won't go undefeated. But I am not okay with not even bothering to show up. Losing to the Chicago Bears is a travesty! Not just losing, but letting them dominate. This should have been our year. Our defense is strong. But the offense just can't seem to get it together. It's going to be another long, painful Vikings season.
On a different note, the Elle King concert was PHENOMENAL! She is so good live! And she is so engaging and absolutely hilarious. I loved her before, but now I love her even more.
