You put the sparks to the flame.....

Another Monday....I had an excellent weekend, Very relaxing, and no stress. I did go a bit over my WW on Saturday, but the Cold Stone chocolate peanut butter cup ice cream was totally and absolutely worth it! It was sooooo good. And I really didn't eat that much of it.

Both the shrimp fajita and chicken fajita salads I made turned out excellently. I will definitely be making both again.  I also got almost caught up on laundry. I'm very excited about that. It seems like the laundry is never ending, so to almost see the bottom of the basket makes me very happy.

I started watching the new version of the Beauty and the Beast tv show. I'm still undecided, but I think I like it.
